Product Introduction

MEDEKY kettlebells feature a stainless steel handle welded to the main body. The handle surface is carefully polished to provide a smooth finish, helping reduce friction and discomfort on the user’s palms during exercise.

The kettlebell body is made from hollow iron and filled with iron sand. The filling material is added by machine through an opening at the bottom of the kettlebell. Each unit is carefully weighed using precision weighing equipment to maintain a minimum weight tolerance of approximately ±50 g.

After filling, an iron plate is placed over the opening and welded securely to seal the body. Once assembly is complete, the surface is ground and painted to create a smooth, durable finish. The bottom is also carefully ground to ensure a flat base, allowing the kettlebell to sit more securely on rubber gym flooring and reducing the risk of tipping over after use.

Precision Weight Control and Durable Coating
